Nova Crest RCM may send SMS/text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive communications from us.

- Consultation scheduling
- Consultation reminders

- Account-related communications
- Other communications related to your relationship with Nova Crest RCM

Nova Crest RCM provides healthcare RCM and practice-management services. The SMS program described in these Terms is intended primarily for business, administrative, client, and service-related communications.
Do not submit or request detailed patient medical information, PHI, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, or other sensitive patient information through ordinary SMS messaging unless Nova Crest RCM has specifically provided an approved secure communication method for that purpose.
10. Third-Party Messaging Providers
Nova Crest RCM may use third-party telecommunications, messaging, technology, hosting, or service providers to deliver SMS messages. Such providers may process information as necessary to provide messaging services and are expected to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality protections.
11. Changes to the SMS Program
